Why did I look this see up? Well, I just had occasion to revisit the noble bishop Coudert, OMI.
As Kevin Annett had accused Catholic Hospitals and Boarding Schools for First Nations to consciously expose the inmates to death in tuberculosis, I gave some facts here:
Triviū, Quadriviū, 7 cætera : Bishop Coudert has offered to pay for hospital ...

But now to business. None of the lifespans is Medieval, but many of them are born prior to 1700 outside England (childhood in pre-industrial times) and those who were not so but after 1700 seemed to have been born and had a childhood in areas like 19th C. Poland or Canada. Perhaps with an exception for Bishop Vince Palunko who was born in 1842 in Austro-Hungarian Empire where it was fairly well off and after industrialism came to Continental Europe.
So, not just a prior half, but nearly all would be representative of a pre-industrial lifespan. But I'll do an experiment. I'll make a median for overall and then one for each of first and second half. Whereas the number is uneven, I'll use the mid one as last of first half, those born prior to 1800. I start out the following with a series with lifespan years in the same sequence as their titles and I go on to copy it and the pasted copy I cut the 13 into 7 + 6 and then for each I rearrange in order of age. Finally, putting out minimum and maximum after that is a so called but not real no-brainer and the median takes some dividing to see where the middle is, and for the total I also made the lower and upper quartiles. For even numbers of items, a median is either taken from or as here given as the values surrounding the empty middle.
Total
at 63.1 years age. Minimum at 64.7 years age. at 64.8 years age. at 66.0 years age. Lower quartile at 66.5 years age. at 70.2 years age. at 71.5 years age. Median at 72.4 years age. at 75.1 years age. at 79.2 years age. Upper quartile at 80.9 years age. at 86.2 years age. at 93.6 years age. Maximum | First half
at 64.7 years age. Minimum at 64.8 years age. at 66.5 years age. at 72.4 years age. Median at 80.9 years age. at 86.2 years age. at 93.6 years age. Maximum |
Second half
at 63.1 years age. Minimum at 66.0 years age. at 70.2 years age. Median A at 71.5 years age. Median B at 75.1 years age. at 79.2 years age. Maximum |
So, total has median 71.5 years. First half has median 72.4 years age. Second half has median between 70.2 and 71.5.
I can conclude that first and second half of the titular bishops of Rhodiapolis (which is under Myra, the see of St. Nicolas!) lived under fairly comparable health conditions, as they led to fairly comparable life spans.
